Our way of life is deeply rooted in our apostolates which emphasize...
(i) the Spirit of the New Evangelization. We desire to take part in Pope John Paul II's prophesy of a new springtime in the Church, which will be ushered in by a new and powerful spirit of evangelization.
(ii) the ministry of intercession. Through intercession we unite ourselves with the greatest intercessor, Jesus Christ (Hebrews 7:25). We give priority to the members of the Companions of the Cross and to the Church.
(iii) the needs of the poor. It will be living a simple way of life that we will learn how to address the needs-spiritual, emotional, and material-of those who are marginalized and alienated. It is in the simplicity of our way of life that we will be able to accept Jesus' call to the rich young man. (Matthew 19:16-22)
(iv) the needs of adolescents and young adults. A high priority is to be given to the young. The period of adolescence and young adulthood is a crucial stage in life and we desire to bring opportunities of hope and renewal into their hearts. It is our desire to use the gifts the Lord has given us to build a ‘family' of young men and women answering Pope John Paul II's call to become saints.
(v) the work of pro-life. We work to imitate and to respond to what Pope John Paul II has called the Gospel of Life. We strive to promote and defend the sanctity of life from conception to natural death.
We continue to remain open to the promptings of the Holy Spirit as we grow in our apostolates.
